Full scale renovation of kitchen and laundry including:

• Plumbing: Disconnection, moving of services and final fit off
• Electrical: Disconnection and final fit off
• Demolition: For new layout
• Custom cabinetry and stone: Measure, supply and installation, including Hamptons style profiled, vinyl wraps doors and drawer fronts
• Tiling: Chipping, scraping and priming, rendering, waterproofing, floor wastes, tiling, grouting and silicone for splashback
• Patching: For cornices
• Painting: By customer
• Flooring: By customer

Added detail in the cabinetry with a soft, homely finish. Jewelbic Brothers integrated some wood look open shelving above the fridge and microwave position to enhance overall design aesthetics.
Extra storage in the laundry required. Jewelbic Brothers moved the sink and washing machine position to the opposite (external) wall with the window, which allowed for the installation of a full wall of tall cabinets in the old sink position.

1. Skip bin hire: Delivered 1-2 days prior to project start date
2. Plumbing:
   • Disconnection on morning of day 1
   • Moving of services and drainage carried out on day 2
   • Final fit off took place upon completion of tiling, custom cabinetry and stone installation – this is standard
3. Electrical:
   • Disconnection on morning of day 1
   • Final fit off was carried out in the same fashion as the plumbing
4. Custom cabinetry and stone:
   • Measure and order vinyl covers
   • Stone bench top templates and installation
5. Tiling: Splashback installation
6. Patching: Cornices and ceilings
7. Flooring: By customer
8. Painting: By customer
